At Codoplex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Versana PRO. Our goal is to provide high-quality software that enhances your WordPress experience.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made via our website. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, simply contact us at info@codoplex.com or reach out to Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) directly.

  • No technical justification or troubleshooting is required to exercise your right to a refund within the 14-day window.
  • Please include your Order Number and the Website URL where the license was active so we can de-authorize the key.

3. Process & Payout

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

  • Once a refund is initiated, the funds will be returned to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) typically within 5–10 business days.
  • License Deactivation: Upon refund, your Versana PRO license key will be immediately deactivated. You will no longer receive premium updates or have access to pro-only features.

4. Exceptions

Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who act in bad faith or demonstrate a pattern of “purchase and refund” abuse.

Third-Party Marketplaces: Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through versana.codoplex.com. Purchases made through the WordPress.org repository (if applicable) or other third-party distributors must be handled through their respective billing systems.
