1. General Provisions & Professional Status

This website is owned and operated by Junaid Hassan (trading as Codoplex), a professional software developer registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). We provide premium extensions and advanced licensing for the Versana WordPress theme ecosystem.

Reseller Disclosure: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Software Licensing (GPL & Pro)

GPL Compliance: Our WordPress themes and plugins are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Pro License Keys: While the software code is GPL, your purchase provides a Pro License Key. This key grants access to one-year (or lifetime, depending on plan) of automated updates and premium technical support.
Usage: A “Single Site License” allows the use of Pro features and updates on one (1) production domain.

3. Support and Updates

Updates are provided for the duration of your active subscription. Support is provided exclusively via our official helpdesk at info@codoplex.com for the domain(s) linked to your license key.

4. Intellectual Property

All documentation, brand imagery, and proprietary “Companion” features are the intellectual property of Junaid Hassan (Codoplex). Unauthorized redistribution of license keys is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Codoplex and Paddle.com are not liable for any damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from the use of Versana PRO. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the software license.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle may apply additional jurisdictional rules regarding payment processing.
